Walker 17–19 Jun 2025: standard Stryker, no embedded chips. Greene: no biochips. Risk Management 27 May 2025 restates his Bluetooth concern and withholds the review under 1157. That is their paper. It is not a verdict of innocence.

Does not establish. Does not establish cancer, an implant, remote telemetry, or a link to Howard Birndorf. Circumstantial only: UCSD-period labs exist before the October 2015 hip replacement.

Establishes. A right THA on 9 Oct 2015 at Scripps Green under Walker is documented on portal/converted faces.

Does not establish. Does not establish a smart or Bluetooth implant. Staff lists do not name electronics. His later vibration claim is his statement.

Collected 13 Oct 2016 2:20 PM. Test Details prints MTHFR Mutation 677C>T heterozygous and 1298A>C heterozygous; interpretation compound heterozygous 677C>T/1298A>C. Authorizing provider not on this crop.

Establishes. That Test Details screen exists with 677C>T on the face and that collection timestamp.

Does not establish. Does not name Codex DNA or Karches. Does not erase the Result Trends still that prints c.675C>T for the same timestamp. 675 vs 677 is a conflict, not a glitch to flatten and not proof of fabrication by itself.

Establishes. The portal prints c.675C>T as a component name on a Result Trends screen for the identical 13 Oct 2016 14:20 collection.

Does not establish. Does not by itself prove the record was fabricated, remotely collected, or run at Codex. It does mean 675 is on a face — not an investigator typo — and must sit next to 677.

Same MTHFR result’s methodology block: MUTATIONS TESTED: 677C>T and 1298A>C. LIMITATIONS: Only the two MTHFR gene mutations (C677T and A1298C) will be targeted. Methodology: Multiplex PCR, GenMark Dx eSensor XT. Allele-frequency sentences name 677C>T, not 675.

Establishes. The lab’s own footer on this test names 677C>T / C677T as the mutation being targeted.

Does not establish. Does not erase Result Trends printing c.675C>T for the same collection. Three strings now sit together: 675 on Result Trends, 677 on Test Details, 677 again on the assay footer.

Establishes. Sheean’s name is on this 2016 homocysteine face as authorizing provider, same timestamp as the MTHFR collection.

Does not establish. Does not establish that Karches’s later “I do not know a Dr. Sheean” is false in her own knowledge. It does mean the portal printed Sheean on this lab. Does not establish remote collection or Codex.

Establishes. This crop prints Central Lab at 9535 Waples Street, suite 150, on a Sheean-authorized 2016 result. Public CLIA copy for Scripps Medical Laboratory – Sorrento Mesa uses that same street and suite. Codex DNA’s 2021 SEC filing lists 9535 Waples Street, Suite 100 — same building number, different suite.

Does not establish. Does not establish that Codex DNA ran this test. Folder 6’s filename “Scripps Codex Lab” is a label, not the face. Same building is circumstantial. Phone number on the still is held off this page.

Scripps visit note quotes 21 Apr 2017 MRI: extensive avascular necrosis of the left femoral head. Walker referring on the header still.

Establishes. The clinic note quotes that MRI conclusion.

Does not establish. The signed MRI report is a separate original. Problem-list start date 23 Oct 2017 (surgery day) conflicts with this April finding — both stay.

SHBG panel — catalog title names “testosterone-suppressing hormone therapy”

Portal Test Details title: TESTOSTERONE, BIOAVAILABLE AND TOTAL, SEX HORMONE-BINDING GLOB (ADULT FEMALES, CHILDREN, OR ANY INDIVIDUALS ON TESTOSTERONE-SUPPRESSING HORMONE THERAPY). Collected 4 Aug 2017 2:00 PM. Visible component: Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 35 nmol/L (printed range 11–80). Filename on disk is “HORMONE THERAPY.”

Establishes. That catalog-titled panel was resulted on that date, with SHBG 35 on this crop.

Does not establish. Does not establish that he was prescribed testosterone-suppressing hormone therapy. Commercial labs reuse this long panel name for men. Karches later wrote she saw no testosterone-suppression meds on his list. Keep the panel title and her sentence both on the table.

Past Visit Details. “Labs drawn in Iran (patient states it was am): testosterone: 1.89 ng/mL (2.8-8) also low.” “Patient signed testosterone contract in past.” Osteoporosis: “Noted on DEXA from Iran — DEXA from Iran shows osteoporosis in radius and lumbar spine.” Repeat DEXA ordered because “the protocols for DEXA in Iran may not be standardized with DEXA here.” Repeat DEXA 7/2016 in the US: lumbar T-score −3.0, left hip T-score −2.4. Continue Androgel 1% 50 mg qAM. Folder title “Fabricated Docs” is a label, not this face. Phone number on the still is held off this page.

Establishes. A Scripps endocrine visit note in his portal names labs drawn in Iran and a DEXA from Iran. The time-of-day for the Iran testosterone is sourced as “patient states.” A US DEXA in July 2016 is described as a check on the Iran study.

Does not establish. Does not name his mother’s laboratory. Does not prove an unconsented data share from Iran into Scripps — “patient states” is how this crop sources the Iran lab. Does not produce the testosterone contract. Androgel on this note is replacement, not suppression. Filename is not a finding.

Establishes. Walker’s sentences as quoted in the chart.

Does not establish. Not an acquittal. It is Walker’s sentence in the chart. Keep it next to retired/OOO-until-2027 banners, the thin 2017 notes, and the vibration claim. Official negative tests are how the Canadian-doctor analogy starts, not how it ends.
