Walker’s banner said 2027. On 27 May 2025 Risk Management closed a review under Evidence Code 1157 and restated Bluetooth and vibration as his concerns. In June, Tanya Greene, RN, wrote that the implants have no electronic components or bio-chips, and that Walker will not see further messages. In August she attached two films and warned the portal could be deactivated. MyScripps later printed that the account is disabled. The orthopedic desk could not place that office. He did not keep the Torrey Pines appointments. Orange County sent ten views. That is the sequence that produced the question. (On 25–26 January 2025 the portal printed an overnight hospital clock at 9888 Genesee. Staff first typed the parts into MyScripps. Originals arrived later.) Published instrumented-implant work on the same campus is why a reporter would not laugh it out of the room. In March and April he is describing issues: hours of vibration, no record of parts, a surgeon who does not answer. He did not begin there. He measured when the sensation was on and when it was not. He opened the portal: a Notes implant row existed; the visit list did not print the operations; staff wrote that 2015 material was not in the current EMR. The SMART HIP line on 30 April is a question, cut mid-sentence. On 1 May he writes that he believes the right hip was fitted with an investigational smart hip without his knowledge or authority. A file-transfer attempt belongs next to a screen recording as a claim, not in a headline as proven implant-to-phone transfer.

What would actually settle the hardware question
Verification
