He says he was cut out of Padtan Elm and received nothing from it. Company papers, a 1999 power of attorney, and a 2013 inspector letter are on the record. After 1999, his name on those papers is read as his mother using that instrument. What happened to control and proceeds is the live civil case.

Padtan Elm existed. A 1999 power of attorney names Farideh Kavesh as his attorney. Two hip replacements at Scripps Green are on the chart. Portal stills name physicians. Public records show Nydegger, SCORE research, and sister-named fundraising pages. Staff letters deny electronics in the implants.
Unproven
That the 1999 instrument was used to take his shares in 2013 — now before the court. That a smart implant collected data without consent. That his sister has been monitored. Those remain his claims until a document or a finding supports them.
