That two 25% founder lines are a court finding of 50% voting control, or that laboratory titles prove she seated subordinates on the Padtan board for almost absolute power — those are his legal reading. On a warehouse recording identified as a call with Behlouli, the woman on the line says she did not take action and that Ms. Kavesh can give the best explanations. Addressed, with Massoud Ghasemi, on a 13 April 2024 official notice concerning Hooman — that notice belongs later in the story. The notice’s own footer says it is not a lawsuit.
Not established. That she was a 1995 or 1996 equal founder on the constitution page. That she received the 2013 transfer. That “I didn’t do anything” on a phone call is a finding she was not involved. That she answered the 2024 notice.
Official accountant; alternate inspector on Padtan gazettes, 2011–2013
Kianoosh Behlouli
On the record. Warehouse minutes of 18 Mordad 1390 name him alternate inspector, with Amargaran Accounting Institute as principal; he signs as official accountant. Matching gazettes, and the Rasmio dump, reprint him in that seat through the year that covers 14 January 2013. A Farsi letter over his name is an exhibit. On a warehouse recording identified as a call with Narges, he says a lawyers’ notice reached him about Padtan Elm from when he was inspector, about a year-92 share movement, and that they wanted him as a witness.
Not established. That he was principal inspector — gazettes say alternate; the letter heading says principal. Keep both. The letter is not a court finding of theft. The call is not a finding that a Columbia firm served process, and it does not supply the missing 2013 deed.
Interventional cardiologist named with Hooman on a 2002 board

CV: attending cardiologist, Imam Khomeini Medical Center; interventional fellowship, Tehran University, 1991–1992; interventional-cardiology certificate, France, 1993; Royal Marsden 1994; Royal Brompton 1996; endovascular certificate, Scripps Clinic, 2003. Printed references, as written, include Bernard Valeix, M. Saeed (Scripps vascular radiology, La Jolla), and Paul Teirstein (Scripps cardiology). Richard Schatz is not on that list. Signs a 27 August 2002 board page with Hooman (Madayen Hospital / Bionic). Addressed on the 2024 notice. Public IRSA site names him president. Named on the Behlouli–Narges call as the subject of a father’s memorial that day.
Not established. That Hooman brought him to San Diego, or paid for that trip. Folder 3 has no boarding pass, Scripps badge, or letter that he arranged the 2003 trip. The CV already independently matches year and campus; the introduction is still the claim. That Valeix trained him at Imam Khomeini in 1991–93 on Palmaz-Schatz stents. That the 2003 Scripps certificate is 1990s training. That he administered any drug named in later messages. Those messages are held off this page. A memorial mentioned on a phone call is not a finding he conspired in a 2013 share transfer.
Public Scripps vascular/IR physician; later in the story
On the record. Ghasemi’s CV prints “M. Saeed. Head, Division of Vascular Radiology. Scripps clinic, La Jolla, California, USA” as a reference. Scripps.org lists Mohsin Saeed, MD, vascular and interventional radiology, at 10666 N Torrey Pines Rd, La Jolla, with Scripps Green among his hospitals. Independent public bios print staff since July 1988. The identity match is the reasonable public reading. He is pinned here because the same name becomes more relevant later.

A 2025 Journal of Arthroplasty metal-hypersensitivity title (Shankar et al., DOI 10.1016/j.arth.2025.09.018) is a different author team — do not attribute it to him.

Gerloni v. Zanetti is a real caption. A federal court rejected Gerloni’s claim that she co-invented the patents. The California appeal (D059695, Super. Ct. Short holding: she lacked standing as a non-shareholder; individual contract and fraud counts were tied to promises she could not recall in deposition. Not established. That he entered an apartment unannounced on 11 June 2018, fitted a unit with devices, forwarded a mailbox, or that the listed capital projects were that work. LinkedIn does not print fiber optics. A declaration in opposition is not an admission. The February 2019 letter is a return after Rupel’s resignation, not a finding he was installed to resume hacking. An HAA Enterprises folder on an office computer is recall — not in this warehouse. That he was fired for coming clean — the association letter is a family resignation and a welcome-back. That his death was homicide or related to the 2018 caption. A mundane death remains possible. The obituary prints a recovered father, not a continuing coma. Eighteen months sit between the February 2019 letter and 20 August 2020. No independent public page dated the resignation beyond that letter.
