Named as a 25% founder on 1996 Padtan minutes. After 1999, later company paper that still prints his name is treated as Farideh using the 1999 power of attorney unless a page shows his own hand.
Not established. That the implants contain radios, that labs were collected remotely, or that family philanthropy funded a study on him. That he received money from Padtan Elm after he left Iran — that is his claim, marked alleged until a money trail is mounted.

On the record. Named as his attorney on the 1378 / 1999 power of attorney. July 2003 Padtan minutes already print his holding as exercised through her. Appears on later share lists and gazette blocks as an officer, including vice-chair into the 1400s. US and Iranian passport biodata exist and are held off this site.
Not established. A money trail showing she paid him, or that she did not. Presence of Hooman in later meetings where she is printed as his attorney. A finding that she breached the duty of an attorney-in-fact — that is the civil question, not a closing on this page.

On the record. He named her as a co-founder when the investigator met him. The 1996 founding minutes still do not print her. Named as an equal 12.5 million-rial shareholder on 16 October 2002. Named managing director on the 21 May 2012 gazette. Public directories list her as manager / MD of Padtan Elm, including a plaque-50 head-office listing. Addressed, with Massoud Ghasemi, on a 13 April 2024 official notice concerning Hooman — that notice belongs later in the story. The notice’s own footer says it is not a lawsuit.
Not established. That she was a 1995 or 1996 equal founder on the constitution page. That she received the 2013 transfer. That she answered the 2024 notice.
Official accountant; alternate inspector on Padtan gazettes, 2011–2013
Kianoosh Behlouli
On the record. Warehouse minutes of 18 Mordad 1390 name him alternate inspector, with Amargaran Accounting Institute as principal; he signs as official accountant. Matching gazettes, and the Rasmio dump, reprint him in that seat through the year that covers 14 January 2013. A Farsi letter over his name is an exhibit.
Not established. That he was principal inspector — gazettes say alternate; the letter heading says principal. Keep both. The letter is not a court finding of theft.
Interventional cardiologist named with Hooman on a 2002 board
Massoud Ghasemi
On the record. CV: attending cardiologist, Imam Khomeini Medical Center; interventional fellowship, Tehran University, 1991–1992; interventional-cardiology certificate, France, 1993; Royal Marsden 1994; Royal Brompton 1996; endovascular certificate, Scripps Clinic, 2003. Printed references, as written, include Bernard Valeix, M. Saeed (Scripps vascular radiology, La Jolla), and Paul Teirstein (Scripps cardiology). Richard Schatz is not on that list. Signs a 27 August 2002 board page with Hooman (Madayen Hospital / Bionic). Addressed on the 2024 notice. Public IRSA site names him president.
Not established. That Hooman brought him to San Diego, or paid for that trip. Folder 3 has no boarding pass, Scripps badge, or letter that he arranged the 2003 trip. The CV already independently matches year and campus; the introduction is still the claim. That Valeix trained him at Imam Khomeini in 1991–93 on Palmaz-Schatz stents. That the 2003 Scripps certificate is 1990s training. That he administered any drug named in later messages. Those messages are held off this page.

On the record. Ghasemi’s CV prints “M. Saeed. Head, Division of Vascular Radiology. Scripps clinic, La Jolla, California, USA” as a reference. Scripps.org lists Mohsin Saeed, MD, vascular and interventional radiology, at 10666 N Torrey Pines Rd, La Jolla, with Scripps Green among his hospitals. Independent public bios print staff since July 1988. The identity match is the reasonable public reading. He is pinned here because the same name becomes more relevant later.
Not established. That Hooman introduced Ghasemi to him. That he trained Ghasemi in the 1990s. That a listed reference is a visit log. Do not treat this pin as a 1990s training record.

Bernard Valeix
On the record. Printed as Dr B. Valeix among Ghasemi’s references. Public 1992–93 papers list Valeix on the Wiktor stent, a different device from Palmaz-Schatz.
Not established. A visit to Imam Khomeini Hospital with Hooman. That he brought Palmaz-Schatz stents to Iran. No warehouse letter, itinerary, or shipping page currently prints those facts.

Scripps.org and a Scripps news quote name him President and CEO of Scripps Clinic Medical Group — the physician group, not Scripps Health the hospital system.
Not established. That he implanted a telemetry device. That those 2025 sentences close the file. A medical-group presidency is not innocence and not guilt. The retired-vs-present conflict stays open. The narrative’s 2007–2015 window for that presidency is not locked from the public bio.

Same-day MTHFR crops do not print Sheean’s name.
Not established. That Hooman met him, attended that lab, or that the draw was remote. Karches later writes she does not know a Dr. Sheean. Both faces stay.
