Pathobiology Laboratory Center — آزمایشگاه مرکزی پاتوبیولوژی — is a registered Tehran laboratory at path-lab.ir, register 13884, founded 1349/02/05. Same Farideh is vice-chair of Padtan Elm. The laboratory directory and the physicians table print names that also sit on Padtan Elm paper — Korourian as Quality Control Manager here and chair there. That overlap is documented. Fifty percent control and ‘absolute power’ are his legal reading of founder lines plus the 1999 instrument, not a court finding. Then the contracted-institution grid and the MTHFR menu. Then the wet-ink. ISO 9001 is not ISO 15189. A thanks plaque still addresses the lab head as عالم حکیم. Discovery in 2026 is a capture date, not a founding date.

Anyone can open path-lab.ir. Anyone can open the Rasmio company page for آزمایشگاه مرکزی پاتوبیولوژی, national ID 10100524000. The Internet Archive first captured the laboratory site on 21 January 2022. The register dates the company to 1349/02/05 — fifty-six years on the face, not a 2026 discovery. Certificates, checkup panels, a diagnostic menu, group testing, and external quality assessment are on the public site. Phone, plaque, street, and person national IDs on the gazette are on the faces.

Current office after the printed end date is not established.

Read the titles. Korourian is on the building directory, on the laboratory’s physicians table as Quality Control Manager, and on Padtan Elm’s gazette as chair of the board. Gerowgan is on the directory and on the Pathobiology gazette as a board member — not on the live physicians table, and not on the Padtan officer table. Farideh is CEO of the laboratory company and vice-chair of Padtan Elm. She is a 25% founder; after 1999 his printed 25% line is her using the 1999 instrument. That arithmetic is paper. “Subordinates she placed” and “almost absolute power” are his legal reading of those titles, not a finding on this page.

Soudabeh sits on the Padtan board and is not on the laboratory directory. Binding Padtan documents still print two board signatures plus the seal. Name overlap is documented. Appointment-because-subordinate is not. A 50% paper reading is not a finding she voted a majority, and it is not theft.

This laboratory’s public menu and its QMS catalog both list MTHFR (C677T) DNA and MTHFR (A1298C) DNA, Real-Time PCR. The C677T listing prints created 1400/11/3, about 23 January 2022. His draw is 2016. Same assay names. Not proof this lab ran that draw, and not proof that Iran drawings in a Scripps portal came from here.

Then ISO 9001 quality management, issued in the laboratory’s name, from BSI in 2010 (UK / UKAS) through a dual 2014 track — TÜV NORD CERT / DAkkS in Germany and TÜV NORD Iran / NACI twelve days later — then a 2017 upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 on a different Tehran street, then TÜV AUSTRIA in 2020 with pathology added to the printed scope. That is international QMS capability as they collected it. It is not ISO 15189, not CAP, not CLIA, and not a Roche contract. Street numbers are on the faces. More certificates were promised after the A & B packet; those files are not on this page.

BSI is British. TÜV NORD CERT carries a German DAkkS mark. NACI is the Iranian national accreditation track, issued twelve days after the German 2014 certificate, same laboratory name. TÜV AUSTRIA is Vienna, 28 November 2020. Initial certification on that Austrian face is 13 December 2014 — it claims continuity back to the German paper. The 2017 face prints a different street than 2010 and 2014; that is a location change on a certificate, not a new legal entity.

Breadth of a full clinical laboratory, not a single-test shop. Participation is not a patient result, and it is not the 2016 Scripps draw.
