An Apple alert addressed Dear Ommid names his mother’s Apple ID. A News+ receipt under a masked yahoo ID is billed in San Diego. In 2022 he wrote to an ICQ-global address about that same iCloud sitting as a folder on his Proton. A recording of Settings shows the Apple Account row printing Sign in, then printing Hooman Asbaghi, in the same opening. He says they never Family-Shared, never iCloud-shared, and that he does not speak to his sister. This page is that mail and Settings file.
1 · On the record
Two Apple bodies and one letter under his name. The operational claim — that mother and sister were inside his Apple world without Family Sharing — is his. It is stronger where Apple’s own text names Ommid on Farideh’s ID, and where he wrote that same ID onto his Proton in 2022. It is not a jury verdict.

Context · his account of the household
He says there is no Family Sharing and no iCloud share with his mother or his sister, and that he does not speak to his sister. That sentence is why these faces matter to him. It is not printed on Apple’s template. Keep it next to the bodies, labeled as his.

How a Dear Ommid alert, or a Kavesh-named receipt, landed in his view is the live question. A Fwd header is not a received-by line. A forward is not a forensic envelope.
2 · Settings · on camera
Clock 23:55. Red recording pill. Settings launches. The Apple Account row first prints the signed-out prompt: Sign in to access your iCloud data, the App Store, Apple services, and more. Empty Apple mark. On the next frames the same row prints Hooman Asbaghi over that sentence, then Hooman Asbaghi / Apple Account, iCloud, and more. VPN prints Connected throughout. iCloud can take a moment to paint a signed-in row after Settings launches. The recording is hosted. It is not a finding the phone was new, and it is not a finding a third party typed the password. Read it next to the AT&T statement: a sister, an iCloud, account material on a phone. Brave, opened from Settings, clock 23:09. apps.apple.com. The browser printed that the connection could not be fully verified. That is Apple’s own host. Brave prints the same sheet for several certificate reasons. The warning is the exhibit. It is not a finding Apple’s certificate was forged. Companion connection stills — Canary, American Express, padtan.com — sit on Phone anomalies. The App Store listing that printed Get on WhatsApp while WhatsApp was already open is on the same room.
4 · He addressed it
1 December 2022, 23:50. He writes to Janis Laincsek at an ICQ-global address that software is being applied in shata2000@proton.me as a folder for Farideh.kavesh@icloud.com with username ommid-farideh. Two minutes later he forwards that letter to Babak Hoghooghi. That is him putting the 2020 name on paper. It is a complaint, not a finding the software ran.
5 · The outer forward, then the later paper
PAAIA, 11 September 2009: Babak Hoghooghi stepping down as Executive Director at the end of 2009. The release prints that he had been leading PAAIA since its inception in August 2007, and Chairman Hamid Biglari calls him the organization’s first leader. The CMS stamp on that page is 1 July 2010; the body date is 11 September 2009. Keep both. IABA’s live biography prints him as one of four founding members and first President beginning in 2000, with an OFAC / DOJ sanctions practice. That IABA page does not print a PAAIA founding-board paragraph — quote PAAIA for first-leader language.
16 February 2025, to Babak Hoghooghi, subject Why couldn’t you just not accept the proposal. He writes that Hoghooghi denied knowing ommid and sherry but back tracked on Sherry. Quote him. No Babak reply is on these stills. Iranome negotiation, Padtan Elm knowledge, TEVA desks, and osteoporosis causation remain his accusations. A DC Bar form under his typing recites an introduction to investigate theft of shares and $400,000 as he wrote it. A complaint was sent. That is not a finding of misconduct. Farideh’s lawyer, and a mediator between him and Farideh, stay his telling until an engagement letter or a thread that names that role is mounted.
