Who is Ommid Asbaghi

Sister. Named manager on Trans In’Tech, LLC — California document 199619410017, filed 12 July 1996. The public chart names her with Farideh Kavesh on the same face. A LinkedIn print lists a UC San Diego bachelor’s in political science, 1982–1986. Named in Union-Tribune and Rancho Santa Fe Review captions as a Padres Pedal the Cause / Bill’s Angels co-captain; a 2 August 2025 captains letter prints her name next to Scripps Research and Moores as Curebound beneficiaries. MLB.com, 23 April 2016, prints that the Padres and Pedal first partnered in 2015. Named in Asbaghi vs Asbaghi. Named “Ommid” in the AT&T witness file and “Dear Ommid” on a 2020 Apple alert — those incidents live in their own windows, not a second sister page. Fundraising overlap is not enrollment.

Yearbook, class of 1982

A senior plate prints Ommid Singoela Asbaghi

Documented

A La Jolla Country Day senior plate prints Ommid Singoela Asbaghi. The yearbook line reads Finally “82”. The same class year later appears on a school magazine page for Sherry Bahrambeygui-Hosey ’82. An Iran verse sits on the plate. A thanks line prints Moghimis. That last word is the same family name as سیدمهدی مقیمی, board chair of Pathobiology Laboratory Center. Same last name is not a national-ID match.

Unconfirmed

That the Moghimis on the plate are the Pathobiology chair.

Trans In’Tech, LLC

Named manager, on the same chart as Farideh

The filing exists. Cover-up is his allegation. It is not the filing. The same chart is on Who is Farideh Kavesh. The full company record — Active on one dump, Inactive on another — sits on Trans In’Tech.

Public profile print

UC San Diego, Political Science, 1982–1986

The LinkedIn print names Ommid Asbaghi, San Diego. Education: UC San Diego, Bachelor of Arts — BA, Political Science and Government, Sep 1982 – Jun 1986. A second row repeats the campus and the degree without dates. That is a bachelor’s in government, not a laboratory appointment, and not a finding she sat in Maurizio Zanetti’s lab. Sit the campus next to Moores Cancer Center on the Pedal beneficiary list. A degree is not a grant.

The introductions he names

His account
He says that in the early 1990s Ommid met Maurizio Zanetti, worked first at the Salk Institute, then in Zanetti’s laboratory at UC San Diego, and that they dated around 1990–1991. He says Zanetti came to her house and met Farideh Kavesh, and that talk of clinical work in Iran started there. He says Dr. Mohsin Saeed, MD, a Scripps physician and a friend of more than thirty years who once dated Ommid, introduced him to stent work and later introduced him to Dr. Richard Walker for the hips. He says Trans In’Tech was opened as a cover around those maneuvers. Cover-up is the allegation. It is not the filing.
Documented
Maurizio Zanetti is Director of the Laboratory of Immunology at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. Gerloni v. Zanetti is a real docket; the unpublished opinion is on its own page. Mohsin Saeed, MD, is a Scripps vascular and interventional radiologist on the public staff list; Massoud Ghasemi’s curriculum vitae prints “M. Saeed” as a Scripps reference. Richard Walker performed the 2015 and 2017 hip replacements; that file is Why a Smart Hip. No personnel page, grant, or contemporaneous letter in this warehouse names Ommid Asbaghi as staff in Zanetti’s lab, or as Saeed’s partner.
Unconfirmed
That she dated Zanetti or Saeed. That she worked in that lab. That she introduced Zanetti to her mother. That Saeed introduced Walker because of that dating. That Trans In’Tech covered Zanetti patents or Iranian trials.

Named on a bank notice

Trustee, $950,000, outgoing

A 5 January 2017 First Republic wire-transfer notice names Ommid S. Asbaghi as trustee of the Asbaghi Revocable Trust and confirms an outgoing wire of $950,000. The notice does not name a beneficiary. The statement debit that day names Hooman Asbaghi. He says a second $950,000 followed on 1 May 2017. No bank face for that second date is in the file. This page does not retry that money. It points to the one window that holds the notice.

Padres Pedal the Cause · Curebound · Bill’s Angels

Named captain. The beneficiary list includes Scripps Research.

2 August 2025: a Bill’s Angels letter for the Curebound Cancer Challenge names Amy Koman, Denise Hawkinson, Ommid Asbaghi, Sally Fleck, Julie Klaus and Connie Pittard as team captains. The same letter says the Challenge funds collaborative teams at Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health, Salk, Sanford Burnham Prebys, Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego, Scripps Research, and La Jolla Institute for Immunology. That is her name and Scripps Research on one page.

The name is not a one-off. Union-Tribune, 27 August 2019: Padres Pedal kick-off in Rancho Santa Fe; caption names her. 8 October 2019, Bill’s Angels Season Kickoff; caption names her with Amy Koman. 14 June 2017: captains Amy Koman, Denise Hawkinson, Julie Klaus and Ommid Asbaghi. 1 March 2022, Bill’s Angels co-captains. 9 June 2025, Co-Captains: Ommid Asbaghi, Denise Hawkinson, Amy Koman, Sally Fleck. Rancho Santa Fe Review, 2025: Bill’s Angels Curebound co-captains Julie Tafel Klaus, Denise Hawkinson, and Ommid Asbaghi. In 2021 Pedal and the Immunotherapy Foundation united to form Curebound. Pedal copy that does not name her still lists Scripps Research among six required partner institutions.

MLB.com, 23 April 2016: the Padres and Pedal announced a partnership expansion that re-brands the ride Padres Pedal the Cause for 2016 and beyond. The same article prints that the two organizations first partnered in 2015. PEDAL’s 2015 two-day event raised $1.3 million. Founder Bill Koman. November 12–13 at Petco Park. The page also recites Pedal’s own inaugural ride in 2013. That is Pedal’s history, not a Padres partnership before 2015. She is not named on that release.

Curebound’s own copy still lists Scripps Research among six partner institutions that receive collaborative grants — Moores, Salk, Sanford Burnham Prebys, Rady Children’s, the La Jolla Institute, and Scripps Research. Times of San Diego, 16 March 2023, recites the same Padres Pedal roster. Curebound’s Cancer Challenge page prints more than $32.5 million raised for San Diego cancer research. A school news page thanks Ommid Asbaghi and the Bahrambeygui-Hosey family for a La Jolla Country Day Padres Pedal the Cause team. Those are beneficiary lists and donor thanks. They are not a finding she enrolled her brother.

A Curebound Concert for Cures committee list prints Ommid Asbaghi on the same page as Pradeep Khosla — UC San Diego’s chancellor on public paper — and Carolin Botzenhardt. The earlier host-committee graphic on Who is Hooman already names her with the former spouse. This is the fuller list. A committee listing is geography. It is not a grant to Maurizio Zanetti’s lab, and it is not enrollment of her brother.

Same rooms

One plate names her with Carolin and with Sherry

Documented

Photographs in this file name Ommid Asbaghi with Carolin Botzenhardt, the former spouse, and with Sherry Bahrambeygui. A 2019 birthday still and a 2022 gallery still print those faces on one plate. A 13 August 2025 Curebound donor-drive line prints Ommid Asbaghi $50 at 10:13 PM and Sherry Bahrambeygui $5,000 at 6:15 AM, same calendar day. Fall 2018 La Jolla Country Day magazine lists Ommid in the Wisteria Cottage Society and Sherry Bahrambeygui-Hosey ’82 in the Louise Balmer Leadership Society.

Unconfirmed

That a photograph is a finding they ran a company together, or that Sherry was retained as her counsel.

Team-physician letterheads and the Torrey Pines addresses live on Why a Smart Hip.

13 August 2025, curebound.donordrive.com: Ommid Asbaghi $50 at 10:13 PM; Sherry Bahrambeygui $5,000 at 6:15 AM, same calendar day. Small true numbers. A donor row is not a protocol. Sherry is already named on the 2022 gallery filename with Ommid and Carolin Botzenhardt. That plate is on this page, with the Concert for Cures host list.

8 April · forwarded 5 May 2025

She wrote to Jason Moreno. He sent Hooman the stills: Guarda porfa.

Jason Moreno is the friend Hooman met in Mexico who later stayed with them in Medellín. On 5 May 2025, 6:19 AM, Moreno forwarded a WhatsApp thread and wrote Guarda porfa — save it, please. The inner chat is named Ommid Asbaghi. Quote her bubbles as her words. A phone number on the still is covered and is not in this HTML.

8 April, as the inner header prints it: “Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Ommid, Hooman's sister. Ive been paying close attention to his movements, friendships, and intentions, so I'd like to talk to you. I know you're someone very close to him. I have your details, but you don't have to worry.” He answers in Spanish: how did you get my new number, and how do I know you are who you say. 11:56 a.m.: “I know much more than you imagine, believe me.” Then: “But don't worry, I'm not a bad person like my brother.”

Another bubble, 12:45 p.m.: “We know that you, Mr. Moreno, are very close to my brother, my brother's drug addict, he has decided to screw up my mother's and my life by harassing us with a lawsuit.” He asks if she speaks Spanish. She names an attorney and says they speak Spanish. Drug addict is her sentence. It is not this site's diagnosis. The lawsuit she names is Asbaghi vs Asbaghi. Paying close attention to movements, friendships, and intentions is what she wrote. It is not a finding she accessed a device.

Sister; named manager on Trans In’Tech

On the record. LinkedIn print: UC San Diego, Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Government, Sep 1982 – Jun 1986. Named in 2019–2025 local coverage as a Padres Pedal the Cause / Bill’s Angels co-captain; those pages are now hosted. A 2 August 2025 Bill’s Angels captains letter names her and lists Scripps Research and Moores among Curebound beneficiaries. MLB.com, 23 April 2016: Padres and Pedal first partnered in 2015 and expanded the brand for 2016; she is not named on that release. Curebound copy lists Scripps Research among six partner institutions; the Cancer Challenge page prints more than $32.5 million raised. A Curebound Concert for Cures committee list prints Ommid Asbaghi on the same page as Pradeep Khosla and Carolin Botzenhardt. Fall 2018 La Jolla Country Day School magazine lists her in the Wisteria Cottage Society and Sherry Bahrambeygui-Hosey ’82 in the Louise Balmer Leadership Society. An LJCDS news page thanks her and the Bahrambeygui-Hosey family / Price Philanthropies for a Pedal faculty team. IASF donor-thanks lists name her on 2021–22 and 2020–21; the 2018–19 list names Hooman Asbaghi and Ommid Asbaghi. Curebound donor drive, 13 August 2025: Ommid Asbaghi $50 at 10:13 PM; Sherry Bahrambeygui $5,000 at 6:15 AM the same calendar day. WhatsApp stills Jason Moreno forwarded to Hooman 5 May 2025, 6:19 AM, Guarda porfa: inner chat named Ommid Asbaghi, 8 April header; she writes she has been paying close attention to his movements, friendships, and intentions, that she has Moreno’s details, that she knows much more than he imagines, and that her brother is a drug addict harassing her and their mother with a lawsuit. Named in Asbaghi vs Asbaghi. Named manager on Trans In’tech, LLC, California document 199619410017, filed 12 July 1996. That company also names Farideh Kavesh — the chart is on this page and on hers. A Concert for Cures host-committee graphic prints Ommid Asbaghi & Levant Alkibay on the same face as Carolin Botzenhardt & Paul Noury. A 2022 gallery filename names both women in one photograph. Named “Ommid” in Saqvan Ali’s 19 June 2026 notarized declaration as the sister who entered the Del Mar AT&T store; the same incident is in his 13 February 2020 email (“hooman asbaghi sister”) and 26 March 2024 statement. That witness file is one window — The AT&T statement — linked from this page, not a second sister page. Named “Dear Ommid” on a 2020 Apple download alert for farideh.kavesh@icloud.com, and as username ommid-farideh in Hooman’s 1 Dec 2022 letter — that mailbox file is one window. Named trustee on a 5 January 2017 First Republic outgoing-wire notice for the Asbaghi Revocable Trust, $950,000 — that money file is one window. A La Jolla Country Day plate prints Ommid Singoela Asbaghi, class of 1982. Saqvan Ali’s 13 February 2020 email calls her “hooman asbaghi sister.” Named in the live civil case Asbaghi vs Asbaghi, San Diego Superior Court, 25CU01380C.

Not established. That fundraising caused, funded, or selected Hooman’s surgeries. Overlap with Scripps Research / Moores as beneficiary institutions is circumstantial. A UCSD political-science degree is not a laboratory appointment. That Trans In’Tech was a cover for Zanetti patents or Iranian trials. That she dated Zanetti or Saeed, worked in that lab, or introduced Zanetti to her mother. That Saeed introduced Walker because of that dating. Those sentences are his account. No personnel page is in this file. That Corporation Wiki pages were suppressed — the warehouse stills exist; current live availability is not this exhibit. A host-committee listing and a social photograph are continued contact, not a finding she ran Padtan Elm or moved money. Saqvan’s store account is a witness statement, not a finding she accessed or deleted an iCloud. June 24 2018 (2020 email) vs early 2019 (2024/2026) stays a date conflict. That she downloaded ICQ or Family-Shared with him — he says they do not share and he does not speak to her. A Dear Ommid greeting is not a download log. The 2017 wire does not print a beneficiary — it is not a finding she paid him, hid money, or evaded tax. Phone-anomaly stills do not prove she set Screen Time or enrolled a managed profile. A $50 Curebound row is not a study on him. The 2016 MLB article does not prove a Padres–Pedal relationship well before 2015. A concert-committee row with Khosla is not a grant to Zanetti. IASF donor-thanks for 2018–19, 2020–21, and 2021–22 are not a continuous 2010–2021 listing. Public paper does not show her raising millions for Scripps Research while Walker was SCMG president. A public Ommid–Laurie Black connection is not on the web pages in this file. “Drug addict” and “I have your details” are her bubbles, not findings. Paying close attention to movements is what she wrote, not a device log. That she accessed an iCloud, ran a hacking program, or commissioned the GitHub harvest. That Moghimis on the yearbook plate is the Pathobiology chair. Fundraising overlap is not a finding about the hips. A UCSD degree is not a lab appointment. Device methods are not on this door. The store incident is one click away — same window as every other page that names it.

The same names on other paper

2009 PAAIA notice — Hoghooghi as executive director, Sherry on the photograph. Ommid is not named.

Tuesday, 19 May 2009, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey: a PAAIA notice says attendees will meet Babak Hoghooghi, PAAIA Executive Director, and Rudi Bakhtiar. A companion photograph captions Babak Yousefzadeh, Sherry Bahrambeygui, Floyd Mori, and John Radsan. The still’s footer calls Sherry a PAAIA board member. Ommid Asbaghi is not named. Hoghooghi is already the outer forward on the 1 December 2022 Apple-ID letter. Sherry is already on the 2022 gallery filename with Ommid and the former spouse. Stack the 2009 paper next to those rooms. A board caption is not a finding of attorney misconduct, and it is not a finding about the hips.

Ten days earlier, 10 May 2009, PAAIA closed a two-day “Knowledge is Power” gathering at UCLA. The notice names Rudi Bakhtiar and Maz Jobrani as hosts of “Passing the Torch of Success,” planned by Hoghooghi, with about 1,800 students and professionals in the room.

31 January 2019: PriceSmart named her Chief Executive Officer. Director since November 2011; Vice Chair October 2016 to October 2017. That title is CEO, not COO. An Iranian American Women Foundation biography prints her as President of The Price Group, LLC, and as a PriceSmart director who sits on the Executive, Nominating/Governance, and Real Estate committees and chairs the compensation committee — for PriceSmart, not for IAWF. The same bio places her on the IA-100 / PAAIA Fund executive committee. Iran-biotech allegations are not on these pages.

2 April 2014: PAAIA announced that she and Ali Mojdehi were among eight Iranian Americans awarded the 2014 Ellis Island Medal of Honor. The Congressional Record later lists Sherry S. Bahrambeygui among the recipients.

Both names sit on UC San Diego in the mid-1980s. Her LinkedIn print on this door lists Political Science, 1982–1986. Sherry’s UC San Diego Foundation trustee biography prints UC San Diego, class of 1986. Overlap of campus years is overlap. It is not a laboratory appointment.

The Fall 2018 La Jolla Country Day School magazine lists Sherry Bahrambeygui-Hosey ’82 and Patrick Hosey in the Louise Balmer Leadership Society, and Ommid Asbaghi in the Wisteria Cottage Society. ’82 on that page is a Country Day alumni year, not a conflict with the UCSD class of 1986.

Iranian-American Scholarship Fund donor-thanks lists name Ommid Asbaghi among those making the 2021–22 scholarships possible. An IASF recipients archive also names her on the 2020–21 list, and names both Hooman Asbaghi and Ommid Asbaghi on the 2018–19 thanks list. Those are donor rows for the years that print. They are not a continuous 2010–2021 listing, and they are not a grant to a hip.

Sherry and Laurie Black currently sit on the same UC San Diego Foundation trustee list. Laurie’s public résumé — Port Commissioner, Moores caregiver of the year, the building geography — lives on Park Laurel. Hoghooghi’s PAAIA first-leader sentence, the IABA biography, the 16 February 2025 email, and the DC Bar form live on the Apple-ID room — one window, not a second Hoghooghi page.

Sister and former spouse on the same Concert for Cures list · The 2022 letter forwarded to Hoghooghi · Hoghooghi — PAAIA first leader, the 2025 email, the Bar form · Laurie Black — public résumé, the building geography · Zanetti at Moores — director page and 2021 Gleiberman pilot

Named in the AT&T witness file

“Ommid,” at Del Mar

Saqvan Ali’s 13 February 2020 email is the first recorded outreach. It calls her “hooman asbaghi sister.” The 19 June 2026 declaration names her Ommid. Three writings. One window.

Named on an Apple alert

“Dear Ommid,” on Farideh’s Apple ID

A 2020 Apple download alert greets Dear Ommid and names farideh.kavesh@icloud.com. His 1 December 2022 letter uses the username ommid-farideh on that same iCloud. He says they never Family-Shared, and that he does not speak to his sister. This page does not retry that mailbox. It points to the one window that holds the alert, the letter, and the receipt.

What he puts on her

His account
He says the sister is the U.S. hand: Trans In’Tech, the Apple greeting, the AT&T store, a watch on his movements, and a later program that reached his phones and mail. He says the 5 May 2025 forward from Jason Moreno is her writing. He says the GitHub harvest and the phone anomalies sit in that same pattern. Those files are other windows.
Documented
Three writings by Saqvan Ali name the sister in the Del Mar AT&T store. The 13 February 2020 email — the first recorded outreach — calls her “hooman asbaghi sister,” dates the store visit 24 June 2018, and says she asked them to delete an iCloud; they refused. The 26 March 2024 statement and the 19 June 2026 notarized declaration name her Ommid and put passwords, messages, photographs, and iCloud-related information on her phone. A 2020 Apple alert greets Dear Ommid on farideh.kavesh@icloud.com. A 5 January 2017 First Republic notice names Ommid S. Asbaghi trustee on a $950,000 outgoing wire. The 8 April chat bubbles, as forwarded 5 May 2025, print that she has been paying close attention to his movements. The originals live on The AT&T statement, Apple ID, GitHub, and Phone anomalies.
Unconfirmed
That she accessed or deleted an iCloud. That she ran a hacking program. That she commissioned the GitHub harvest. That the June 24 2018 date and the early-2019 date in the later writings are the same hour. That a trustee wire is Padtan money.
