8 September 1996 — first board
First board meeting. Amiri Gharagozlou chairman. Farideh Kavesh managing director, with full operating authority. Any one director’s signature binds the company. Hooman is named in the room. This meeting is before the 1999 instrument.
16 October 2002 — five equal partners
Five equal partners. Farideh Kavesh, Narges Javad, Mostafa Bagherzadeh, Alireza Amiri Gharagozlou, and Seyed Hooman Ali Tabatabaei Asbaghi. Each 12,500,000 rials. Capital 62,500,000. Register 127180.
31 July 2003 — the 1999 authority on the minute
The minute prints his 12,500,000 rials “with the power of attorney of Farideh Kavesh.” The deed is on the 1999 power of attorney.
21 May 2012 — elected to the board
Annual meeting and the gazette of that meeting. All shareholders present. The board for two years includes Seyed Hooman Ali Tabatabaei Asbaghi. Kianosh Behlouli is alternate inspector. The gazette prints Farideh chair, Alireza vice-chair, Narges managing director. Rasmio. The minute and the gazette are two pages.
23 May 2012 — capital raised
Capital moves from 62,500,000 rials to 6,000,000,000 rials, 1,000 named shares, paid from matured claims. Signatures completed 20 October 2012. Rasmio. That figure is statutory capital, not a sale price.
13 January 2013 — objects amended
Extraordinary meeting, 24 Dey 1391. Gazette published 6 February 2013, letter 215043/91. “Export of all permitted commercial goods” added to the objects. The gazette does not print a share transfer, Padtan Teb, a power of attorney, or his name. Rasmio.
19 January 2016 – 19 January 2018 — vice-chair
The officer index prints vice-chair from 29 Dey 1394 to 29 Dey 1396. Farideh chair. Narges managing director. Rasmio. A separate notice records the board cut from five seats to three. Rasmio. After March 1999 that print is the attorney’s exercise.
21 April 2018 — 250 shares
Shareholders. Four holders of 250 shares each: Farideh, Hooman, Narges, Alireza Amiri. Farideh sits as attorney for Hooman. Alireza has died. An inheritance certificate dated 27 Dey 1394 splits his 250.
5 November 2022 — attendance
Attendance list. Line 1: Seyed Hooman Ali Tabatabaei Asbaghi, 250 shares, signature column “by power of attorney.” Then Moghimi, Farideh, Hossein Gholi, Yasaman, Soudabeh, Korourian. The same day’s board minute does not put him in the officer block.
13 February 2017 — plaintiff in Tehran
Court expert report. Alireza Abedini, official justice expert in accounting. Case 333/2406/95. Tehran Dispute Resolution Council, branch 2406. Plaintiff: Seyed Hooman Ali Tabatabaei Asbaghi. Defendants include Padtan Elm and Pishtaz Teb Zaman. The customs answer prints that, of the companies queried, only Pishtaz Teb Zaman had export statistics for 1391–1392. It is not a verdict.

The address is plaque 26, Shahid Abbas Sarparast, Taleghani. The 20 December 2023 notice names Alireza Korourian chairman, Farideh Kavesh vice-chair, Behnam Safaizadeh chief executive from outside the board, and Soudabeh Keykavousi a member. Hooman is not on that board. Padtan Elm on Rasmio.
