Pages 1 to 7 are the card: status, capital, address, the live officer table, and a historical officer index. The live slate as of the 1402/9/29 gazette is Alireza Korourian, national ID 0070636613, chairman; Farideh Kavesh, 0031043429, vice-chair; Behnam Safaizadeh, 001055044, managing director from outside the board; Soudabeh Keykavousi, 0038673782, member. A trademark line prints PADTAN ELM / پادتن علم. A knowledge-based certificate dated 27 Dey 1401 (17 January 2023) describes “drugs and advanced products in diagnosis and treatment.”

The officer index keeps Hooman Ali Tabatabaei Asbaghi, national ID 4721793375, on the board from the 1391/3/1 meeting and as vice-chair from 29 Dey 1394 to 29 Dey 1396. Nargues Djavad / Narges Javad, 4723613680, is managing director through that window. Kianoush Behlouli, 4219495452, is alternate inspector in the 1389–1392 rows, with Amargaran Accounting as principal. After March 1999 those name-rows are the attorney’s exercise. They are not his presence.

The rest of the pull is official gazettes, newest last. 30 Shahrivar 1382: Narges chair, Farideh a board member, Alireza managing director from outside the partners. 28 Dey 1385: conversion to private joint-stock; Hooman named on the two-year board. 16 Khordad 1389: he is named again. 10 Mordad 1390: Behlouli accepts the alternate-inspector seat. 8 Khordad 1391 reprints a meeting dated 8 Khordad 1390 — objects rewritten to kit production, import of inputs and equipment, and research into diagnostic kits. 15 Mordad 1391: a two-year board with national IDs, Hooman still named. 10 Aban 1391: capital raised from 62.5 million rials to 6 billion rials, 1,000 named shares, by conversion of matured claims. That is paper capital. It is not a sale price.

Then the objects meeting. Gazette published 18 Bahman 1391 (Rasmio 11648415), a twin notice at Rasmio 960916. Pursuant to an extraordinary general meeting dated 24 Dey 1391, the phrase “export of all goods of permitted commerce” was added to the company’s objects and the related constitution article was amended. 24 Dey 1391 converts as 13 January 2013 on some calendars and 14 January 2013 on others. Both conversions are published. The gazette exists. It is an objects line. It is not a transfer of shares or assets. He says a meeting on 14 January 2013 moved the company’s value. The letter and the tape sit on 14 January 2013.

After that date the paper keeps moving. 26 Farvardin 1395: the board is cut from five members to three. 24 Khordad 1395: Hooman is named vice-chair. 23 Ordibehesht 1397: the address is plaque 26, first floor. 28 Tir 1397: Soudabeh takes vice-chair; Hooman is off the board. 29 Farvardin 1398: Seyed Mehdi Moghimi is managing director and vice-chair. 12 Mehr 1400: Korourian, Farideh, and Soudabeh are the three-person board. 29 Azar 1402: Behnam Safaizadeh is managing director from outside the board; Korourian chair; Farideh still vice-chair. The company on paper was still meeting, electing a board, and printing a knowledge-based certificate after the year he says the assets moved.
