The 1999 power of attorney
The original is Farsi. English summaries in the file are working captions, not sworn translations. The scan is the exhibit. An attorney-in-fact has a duty to act in the principal’s interest. That duty is the legal frame. It is not a closing.
Two notarial offices appear across the stack: office 198 on the 1378 original, office 815 on 1392 pages. Those are two instruments, not one misread. The first card is the full first page of the 1378 office-198 scan — the same page that was previously shown as a tight zoom. The second card is the complete CamScanner original that was sent as “the 1999 POA.” The filename says 1999. The face prints office 815 and a 1392 date. A reader of Farsi can read both pages. The filename does not merge them.
A later page that prints Farideh as Hooman’s attorney at a general meeting is consistent with this instrument. July 2003 minutes already print his holding that way. After 1999, that is the default reading unless a page shows his own hand. It does not, by itself, prove a 2013 taking of shares. The live civil question is what she did with the authority, including whether he was paid. His claim is that he received nothing.

The 1378 instrument names Hooman as the principal and Farideh as his attorney, notary office 198. Later 1392 pages are a different instrument (office 815). A continuation page prints serials in the 08292xx series and lists powers that include buying and selling company shares, attending meetings, and acting so that no further signature from the principal is required. Farsi on the scan is the exhibit; this caption is English.
Establishes. A 1999 power of attorney from Hooman to Farideh exists. An attorney-in-fact is required to act in the principal’s interest. Later Padtan pages that print her as his attorney are consistent with that instrument.
Does not establish. Does not by itself prove a 2013 share theft or a Roche contract. It also does not prove he was paid. The live civil question is what she did with that authority, not whether the paper exists.

Handwritten date line: 3 Shahrivar 1392. Page 2 continues the same instrument. Phone on the notary header is on the scan.
Official notarial form, type printed as a power of attorney, office 815 Tehran, notary Mohammad Faraji. Two pages. The body includes bank-account, company, share-trading, meeting, and customs powers, with a right to appoint substitutes. Serials in the 1392851525070007xx range. This is not the 1378 office-198 page. Those are two instruments.
Establishes. A complete, uncropped original of the later instrument exists. A reader of Farsi can read the full page. The 1378 office-198 scan remains a separate document.
Does not establish. The filename does not make this the 1999 instrument. Office 815 is not office 198. A 1392 power of attorney is not the 1378 paper, and it is not by itself a 14 January 2013 share deed.
