The 2013 inspector letter

Kianoosh Behlouli’s Farsi letter is the exhibit. Later English retellings are not the letter. Official gazettes print him as alternate inspector, not principal. Rasmio and warehouse minutes put the same man in that seat through the January 2013 window.

An English file in the warehouse titled as a translation was produced years ago and is not published here as the translation. A labeled working caption sits next to the Farsi original below. The phone number and street address printed on the original footer are not on this public crop.

A March 2013 board notice still names Hooman. That page is not collapsed into the 14 January 2013 allegation. Paper can name a man who was not in the room. After 1999, his name on Padtan paper is treated as Farideh using the 1999 power of attorney unless a page shows his own hand.

Warehouse minutes of 18 Mordad 1390 (9 August 2011) show Behlouli accepting the alternate-inspector seat, with Amargaran Accounting as principal, and Farideh chairing. Rasmio reprints the matching gazette. That is why the later letter is treated as a witness document: the register already had him in the office. The letter’s heading still says principal. Keep the conflict.

Warehouse minutes — Behlouli accepts alternate inspector

Extraordinary general meeting of Padtan Elm, all shareholders present. Farideh chairs; Narges Javad and Mostafa Firouz Bagherzadeh monitor; Alireza is secretary. FY ending 29/12/89 approved. Amargaran Accounting Institute named legal inspector and accountant; Kianoosh Behlouli named alternate inspector for one year. He signs the page as official accountant. A matching gazette (Docs11) reprints the appointment. National identity numbers on the scan are held off this page.

Establishes. The man who later wrote the 2013 letter was, on company paper, the alternate inspector and an official accountant in the window that includes 2011–2013. Rasmio’s dump reprints the same gazette rows. That is why the letter is treated as a witness document, not as anonymous commentary.

Does not establish. Does not convert the letter into a court finding of theft. Official gazette language is alternate inspector, not chief inspector. Membership numbers and phones stay off this page.

Farsi letter signed Kianoosh Behlouli, independent accountant. English files in the warehouse are old AI assists, not sworn translations. Official gazettes and warehouse minutes print him as alternate inspector (بازرس علی‌البدل), with Amargaran Accounting Institute as principal inspector, including the year that covers 14 January 2013. The letter’s own heading calls him principal inspector — keep that conflict visible. Rasmio reprints those gazette rows.

Establishes. A Farsi letter exists. Independent company-register compilations put the same man in the inspector seat in 2011–2013. That is witness-credibility paper. It is not a court finding.

Does not establish. Reports titled Testimony / Relevance are context. They do not upgrade the letter into a court finding of asset theft. Alternate is not the same word as principal. The missing 2013 share-transfer deed is not supplied by this letter.
