Kianoosh Behlouli’s Farsi letter is the exhibit — an inspector’s statement, not a court finding. Official gazettes print him as alternate inspector, not principal. The letter heading says principal. Keep both. The 14 January 2013 share-transfer deed is not in this file. English rendering on file is an assist, not a sworn translation.

The English file is titled “Kianoosh Behlouli (English Translation) .pdf.” It is an old assist. It is not sworn. It is not published here as the letter. The Farsi original controls. A labeled working caption sits next to that original below. The phone number and street address printed on the original footer are not on this public crop. Companion files titled Testimony Report and Image to Text Farci stay context.

A March 2013 board notice still names Hooman. That page is not collapsed into the 14 January 2013 allegation. Paper can name a man who was not in the room. After 1999, his name on Padtan paper is treated as Farideh using the 1999 power of attorney unless a page shows his own hand.

Warehouse minutes of 18 Mordad 1390 (9 August 2011) show Behlouli accepting the alternate-inspector seat, with Amargaran Accounting as principal, and Farideh chairing. Rasmio reprints the matching gazette. That is why the later letter is treated as a witness document: the register already had him in the office. The letter’s heading still says principal. Keep the conflict.

Warehouse minutes — Behlouli accepts alternate inspector

Extraordinary general meeting of Padtan Elm, all shareholders present. Farideh chairs; Narges Javad and Mostafa Firouz Bagherzadeh monitor; Alireza is secretary. FY ending 29/12/89 approved. Amargaran Accounting Institute named legal inspector and accountant; Kianoosh Behlouli named alternate inspector for one year. He signs the page as official accountant. A matching gazette (Docs11) reprints the appointment. National identity numbers on the scan are held off this page.

Establishes. The man who later wrote the 2013 letter was, on company paper, the alternate inspector and an official accountant in the window that includes 2011–2013. Rasmio’s dump reprints the same gazette rows. That is why the letter is treated as a witness document, not as anonymous commentary.

Does not establish. Does not convert the letter into a court finding of theft. Official gazette language is alternate inspector, not chief inspector. Membership numbers and phones stay off this page.

Judiciary / State Organization for Registration gazette page. National identity numbers on the scan are held off this caption. Docs17 is a blurrier twin of the same appointment and sits in the folder album.

Official gazette of Padtan Elm, register 127180. Pursuant to an ordinary general meeting in extraordinary form dated 18 Mordad 1390, received 27 Tir 1391: accounts for the year ending 29/12/89 approved. Amargaran Accounting Institute named principal inspector; Kianoosh Behlouli named alternate inspector for one year. Companies Registration Office stamp. Companion minutes are the Behlouli & Kavesh signature page already mounted.

Establishes. The gazette language is alternate inspector, not principal. That is the public register row for the man who later wrote the 2013 letter. The minutes and the gazette match on that point.

First page of the warehouse PDF. Phone number and street address on the original footer are cropped off this public still. Filename says Testimony. The public masthead is Inspector’s statement / Witness letter (2013).

Farsi letter signed Kianoosh Behlouli, independent accountant. Official gazettes and warehouse minutes print him as alternate inspector (بازرس علی‌البدل), with Amargaran Accounting Institute as principal inspector, including the year that covers 14 January 2013. The letter’s own heading calls him principal inspector — keep that conflict visible. Rasmio reprints those gazette rows.

Establishes. A Farsi letter exists. Independent company-register compilations put the same man in the inspector seat in 2011–2013. That is witness-credibility paper. It is not a court finding.

Does not establish. Signed, and offering court testimony, is not a court finding of asset theft. Alternate is not the same word as principal. The assist renders him as Principal Inspector for 1389–1391; gazettes print alternate, with Amargaran as principal. Keep that conflict. The assist also retells a 14 January 2013 meeting, a plan to form a new company, and Farideh as attorney for his 250 shares. Those are the letter-writer’s claims as rendered in the assist, not court findings.

Establishes. An English warehouse file exists next to the Farsi original. A reader can open it from the warehouse link.

Does not establish. Does not replace the Farsi letter. Does not convert signed / offers-testimony into a court finding. Does not supply the missing 14 January 2013 share-transfer deed. That deed is not in this warehouse.

Behlouli–Narges call — year-92 share movement; she points to Kavesh

Audio-only MP4, 2 minutes 16 seconds. Not embedded on this site. Working English sits on this door as a conversation — time marks only when the speaker changes. The warehouse PDF titled “Report on the Content of the Voice Recording” is a circulated write-up. It is not the recording.

A warehouse recording the investigator identifies as Kianoosh Behlouli and Narges Javad (Nargues Djavad). Behlouli says a summons/notice reached him from a group of lawyers — as heard, “Columbia” — about Padtan Elm from when he was inspector, about a meeting in year 92 when shares were moved, and that they wanted him as a witness / accounts inspector. Narges says she did not take action, that “they are silent,” that Ms. Kavesh can give the best explanations, and “who am I to explain to them.” Behlouli mentions a memorial that day for Dr. Ghasemi’s father, and that something was probably sent to him too. Call date is not printed on the file.

Establishes. The recording exists. On this call, as translated from the timestamped transcript, Behlouli treats a year-92 share movement at Padtan as something lawyers are asking about, and Narges declines to explain and names Farideh Kavesh as the person who can. That is what they said to each other. It is paper-adjacent involvement: she is on the line about the company, and she points to the attorney.

Does not establish. Does not prove the missing 14 January 2013 share-transfer deed, a transfer to Padtan Teb, or that Narges received the shares. Does not prove a Columbia (or California) firm served valid process. “Columbia” is as heard, not a caption. Does not convert this call into a court finding, an admission of conspiracy, or a finding that Ghasemi was a co-conspirator — a father’s memorial is not that. The warehouse English report of this folder overclaims the call (moderators, Padtan Teb, Roche figures). That report is context, not this face. Roche dollar figures stay holdback.
