A claim of an unauthorized smart hip would be easier to dismiss if the year, hospital, surgeon, or research neighborhood did not exist. They do. Scripps hosted SCORE. Walker operated. Public copy describes electronic knees and, later, smart shoulders. His 2025 chart still describes the hips he received as standard Stryker without electronics. Both can be shown. Neither is hidden.

An old registered company with a long gazette trail is a harder KYC vehicle than a clean new name — that is the open question. It is not a closing that they created a shell to evade. Padtan Teb’s own copy claims 1366 / 1369 / 1990. A new website is not a new legal entity.
