Introduction stays the claim. The CV also lists M. Saeed and Paul Teirstein as Scripps references — the same names the narrative uses. Those lines are references. Mohsin Saeed is pinned for later.

An old registered company with a long gazette trail is a harder KYC vehicle than a clean new name — that is the open question. It is not a closing that they created a shell to evade. Padtan Teb’s own copy claims 1366 / 1369 / 1990. A new website is not a new legal entity.
