Two companies

His account: He says Padtan Teb received the 2013 transfer — the vehicle that took what had been Padtan Elm.
Documented: A company of that name exists. rasmio.com/company/10101097879 prints شرکت پادتن طب, an active limited-liability company, register 1445, founded 1366/02/07. Live padtanteb.ir uses the same year. Padtan Elm’s card is a different national ID, on The company on paper.
Unconfirmed: They are not shown to be the same enterprise. The 2013 transfer is not shown. A 1990 marketing line is not shown to be a backdate of a 2013 vehicle.

Printed capital 10 million rials. An economic-code tile sits on the same row as the national ID. The latest official-gazette tile on this capture prints 10 Aban 1403 (31 October 2024).

The registered address, in the block cropped off this face, is in Qods on Kimia Pazhouhan / Pars. Neighborhood only. The street number is not restated here.

The live officer table prints two names, both with a start date of 8 Mehr 1403 (29 September 2024) and a blank end date. فرهاد محرابیان, chairman. ناصر آزاده نیا, vice-chair. Cards higher on the same page also print Farhad as managing director. Earlier gazette text on the free page still names اردشیر بیدانجیری مریم آبادی as chair. Farideh Kavesh is not on those retrieved officer gazettes. A domain-whois name, فرید طهماسبی, is not on them either.

A trademark line on the same company card prints PADTAN VERON TEB, registration 454755, 17 Farvardin 1402 (6 April 2023). The filing says the applicant has no exclusive right to PADTAN or TEB alone.

The year collision

Three dates sit next to each other. None of them is chosen as the winner. The register card and the live site say 1366. A warehouse introduction still says founded 1369 in Farsi and “found on 1990” in English, with ISO 13485 from URS, United Kingdom, in 1387 (2008). The URS certificate was not found in a public database in this search. The first listed Wayback save of padtanteb.ir is 23 June 2013. Padtan Elm’s own site is archived from 2002. A new website is not a new legal entity. A first-save date is not a 2013 incorporation.

Names that resemble this one

Two later companies share the name family and are not this card. پادتن طب سحر اندیش, national ID 14006377421, private joint-stock, founded 4 Azar 1395 (24 November 2016), register 43710. پادتن طب تجهیز, national ID 14004100658, limited-liability, founded 11 Khordad 1393 (1 June 2014), register 455072. Resemblance is not identity.

This window establishes that Padtan Teb is a registered Iranian LLC that dates itself to 1366, not to a 2013 incorporation, and that it is not Padtan Elm on paper. It does not prove an Elm→Teb asset move. It does not treat the 1990 marketing line as a backdate.
